I’m going to switch things around in this post… instead of talking about getting an ex back… I want to talk a little about making the right choices when choosing the person that you want to grow old with.

And recently, I came across this article about a study that claims that the more educated a woman is… the longer her husband will live.

Now, I’m not too sure the of the reasoning behind the result of the study… but intuitively… it seems that the more a couple gets along with each other and adopts a healthy and fit lifestyle… together… it truly does make sense here.

The conclusion that I derived from this article is the real root of the reason why a man might live longer because of his wife… is that she is more capable of taking responsibility for the family… up to directing the family lifestyle choices.

I think it is absurd to think that a woman needs a college degree or even more advanced degree to know what is the smart choices are for diet and exercises…

But hey… what you CAN take away from this article is this: if you are a guy or a woman… and you find someone that “fits” with your personality like a glove… and you BOTH understand the need to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle…

I can’t imagine for the life of me that this cannot but increase your natural longevity. But you certainly don’t need a college degree to know this…

In fact, even though I have an Master’s… I regard it more as an achievement rather than something that will ensure a successful life.

For that to happen… you have to create it yourself… which is the real point of the article.
