How Can I Get Him Back?


Here is an email that I got from a young woman in Kuwait:

guys plz help me  i had a boy friend we realy loved each other we stayed 2gthr for 2 yrs i was realy crazy about him we were realy happy together we used to hang out 2gthr 24/7 i knew his family and he did 2..

suddenly he went to study in the us since he went there he has changed alot he stop textin me or callin he texted me once a day and that was realy painful seeing him movin away we still talked but we were not close that much ..each time he has a holiday he travels bak to kuwait..

anyways he came bak to kuwait and i waited so long for him real realy missed him !! suddenly he calls and tell me that while he was in the us i cheated over him and i never even cheated or thought about cheatin over him

i was shocked how come HE doesnt  trust ME i was mad i hanged out the phone and decided to meet him we met and talked and i said to him that we need to end this! he refused but at that time i was so mad i didnt even think of what a huge mistake im doing we broke up

he called me in the first week but i ignored him then later after 5 mnths he called again i still rejected him then after a year i never ansrd him! so once he came online he talked to me so i decided to rply and  i said that its better for us to stay frnds he agreed he talked as a frnd but then i dont know why

he stopped askin for a while then i knew that he went bak to the states and never asked! i still loved him but he never knew that i did and now he added me as frnd in his blackberry frnd list..

i was kind of shocked cuz he stoped talkin for a while i was soooo happy no one can imagine how happy i was cuz he’s the guy which i love i was so desperate to have him bak and the first thing i did was tell him that i realy missed him he replied and said that he missed me 2 but the prob is i felt that he doesnt talk to me only if i did..

so i sent him a msg and said u know im still inlove with u and im crazy about u  he was like what !! i asked whats wrong he said im just shocked then he stop talkin and since that day he stoped talkin to me.. is telling him that i still love him wrong??

i just dont know what to do im so confused i tried to forget him and move on but i cant he’s a part of me he’s my soul i jst cant get him out of my mind even if he lives in the states and far away from my eyes but he’s still in my heart I never wanna know anyone but him  and each time i think that were not 2gthr i go insane

plzz help tell me what to do i want him :’( i dont know if he still loves me or if he’s over me and moved on i dont know if he’s still intrested i would like to know him again he’s my life he’s the air which i breath that guy is my soul   how can i get him bak

Hi Miss Lost Love in Kuwait,

First of all, thank you for sending this email to me and second of all… I’m so sorry that you are hurting.

Since he is a student in United States and stopped contacting you… it does make sense that he may have found someone else or is very busy with his studies. Most long distance relationships don’t work because when you need someone to be with you, they aren’t there.

Having said that, your previous actions tells me that even you aren’t sure about the relationship either. Now, I can understand that you miss him… it is just part of human nature to want something that we no longer have.

My suggestion is to create a new life. A life that YOU want to live. And then find someone to share it with.
